Rules of the I"" - Wisła, 8 - 10 December 2011
1.1 , henceforth called in the Rules “the Conference” takes place on 8 - 10 December 2011 in .
1.2 The organizer of the Conference is Medforum Limited Liability Company with its seat in Katowice at ul. Brynowska 70.
1.3 Provisions of these present Rules shall constitute an integral part of registering participation and shall apply to all Participants.
1.4 Participants of the Conference are doctors of psychiatry and other persons professionally involved in psychiatry as well as sponsors’ representatives.
1.5 As a part of the Conference plenary sessions, lectures and professional workshops shall take place.

2.1 In order to take part in the Conference it is required to:
2.1.1 Register participation in the Conference only by the registration form available at the Conference website.
2.1.2 Paying the fee in the amount stated by the Organizer.
2.2 The conference fee shall be transferred to the Organizer’s bank account in accordance with the fee chart available at the website.
2.3 Upon the participant’s individual request the Organizer shall issue a VAT invoice for the participation in the conference.
2.4 Participants of the conference shall be persons who give a presentation on a given subject and persons who shall not give a presentation.
2.5 Participant who gives a presentation on a given subject shall be a person who:

2.7 Each Participant shall receive conference participation certificate.
2.8 During the Conference, the Participant may receive up to 18 educational points of continuing education for participation in all workshops and lectures.
2.9 The costs of accommodation and transport are covered by Participants themselves.
2.10 The Organizer shall have the right not to admit a Participant to the Conference shall s/he not pay the conference fee on conditions specified by the Organizer (details can be found at the conference page, in “Registration of participation” section.
2.11 Deadline for sending participation registrations in the Conference shall be 1 December 2010. Participants registering their participation after this deadline shall not have the possibility to benefit from the whole offer of the Conference.
2.12 The Participant may resign from the participation in the Conference. Particpant’s resignation shall be made in writing.
2.13 In case of Participant’s resignation from the participation in the Conference the Organizer shall be entitled to:
2.14 The Organizer reserves the right to change the Speakers due to reasons beyond his control. Shall this happen the Participant is not entitled to compensation from the Organizer.
2.15 The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of the Conference due to reasons beyond his control. Shall this happen, resignation from participation in the Conference may be cost-free. At the same time the Organizer does not cover additional costs borne by the Participant in connection with the Conference.
3.1 Prices and conditions of payment for the participation in the Conference can be found at the Conference website.
3.2 Payer (invoice addressee) shall be the entity ordering particular services connected with participation in the Conference. Payer’s and the ordering party’s responsibility towards the Organizer shall be joint.
3.3 Failure to pay amounts due for the participation in the Conference till the deadline provided at the Conference’s website shall entitle the Organizer to withdraw from the agreement, without bearing liability for damages.
4.1 All complaints from the Participants of the Conference towards the Organizer shall be made in writing by a registered letter sent to the address of the Organizer’s seat.
4.2 Complaints from Conference Participants shall be made no later than within 14 days from the day of the end of the Conference.
4.3 After the period of the above mentioned deadlines no complaints shall be investigated.
5.1 Shall the Conference not take place due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the Organizer shall immediately transfer all fees paid by the Participants to the bank accounts provided by them.
5.2 Shall the Conference not take place due to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer, the Participant shall not be entitled to compensation or return of any fees connected with the membership in the Conference, nor to costs of additional services commissioned to the Organizer by the Participants of the Conference.
5.3 All disputes arising from participation in the Conference shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction of the Organizer’s seat.
5.4 Sending the registration form from the Conference website equals accepting the provisions of this present Rules as well as obeying order regulations as well as all other decisions made by the Participant and the Organizer.
5.5 In cases not regulated by these present Rules, regulations of the Civil Code shall apply.
5.6 In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 29 October 1997, No 133 item 883) the Organizer shall not give, sell or lend gathered personal data of Participants to other persons or institutions. Personal data provided by the Participant (name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) are treated as confidential and are only and exclusively used for communication purposes between the Participant and the Organizer of the Conference.
5.7. Organizers shall bear no responsibility for Participants’ things which may be lost, destroyed or stolen during the Conference.
5.8 Participants shall bear full responsibility for damages made by them both on the area of facilities where any actions connected with the Conference take place as well as in their places of accommodation.
5.9 Registration as the Participant of the Conference shall equal accepting this present Rules.
